Here you will see me scoring my solutions on my decision matrix. I organized my matrix with my design principles on the x-axis and y-axis and placed my solutions where they fit on that scale. The solutions in the top right fit all my design principles. The solutions in the bottom right and top left are ideas that fit some of the principles and may need to be tweaked. The bottom left quadrant is a space for solutions that will not work.

Basically I would create all the materials needed to conduct the 'Big Sister Club'. I would include all the marketing materials, sign up tools, lesson plans, conversation starters, and many other tools that will help anybody run this club with no problems. I would test out all the materials to be sure they are effective by conducting my own 'Big Sister Club'. Then present this kit to schools. This will allow them to conduct the group within in there schools, with all the materials ready to go.

Based on focus group feedback and further analysis of my root causes and studying my users, I believe that the ‘Big Sister Club’ event kit would be the most effective solution. This solution fits all of my design principles. I realize that this solution would be easy to implement in schools, and other organizations. I feel like this is the most versatile solution because I can design multiple kits, for various age groups, include materials for specific situations, and more individualized materials. I can also observe and interview my users during the process to accommodate the needs of my users.

The Big Sister Club Event kit is the best solution, because I can incorporate resources and lesson plans into the kit that will aid in the issues I found in my ecosystem map like the lack of social skills, unaware of self-health care, how to cope with different relationships and how to help them overall due to the fact that they have no positive female role model around or leading by example.
